  • • I am responsible for Finance & Accounts Administration, & manage day to day administration, priorities & issues concerning accounting, finance, commercial & legal.
    • I am handle the all individuals’ responsibility of all directors up to filling the return & provide the data to the consultant for this purpose.
    • I am also responsible for managing preparation of financial reporting, Cash Flow / MIS statements & ensuring completeness & accuracy in it by keeping, up to date records of financial transactions within stipulated timeframe.
    • I am responsible for managing payments, Credit Control, implementation of standard of accounting practices for provide the true & fair information to the management for the future forecasting & budgeting.
    • I always established the Internal audit team in the organization who will verify the all data of the company, on their personal basis this will done through interdepartmental audit.
    • I also co-ordinate with the Internal & Statutory Auditor.
