  • Perform and coordinate all duties to project assignments relating to structural design, product quality and process efficiency for all flexible packing materials.
    • Team participant in the installation and qualification of various types of pharmaceuticals products mono cartons.
    • Planning in charge, for best utilization of raw materials & maximum production.
    • Developed the carton as per customer requirement for their product.
    • Lead engineer working with sales to acquire a former customer and gain market share.
    • Responsible for designing appropriate experimental protocols relating to project assignments while interfacing with manufacturing, quality control, purchasing and sales.
    • Maintaining the documentation part for ISO audit or any internal audit.
Achievements
  • Production of the factory increase near about 20% /per month,part of many shrink sleeve development,part of the project of pet+pet+Ld structure at lami pouch
