- My work primarily involved identifying, investing and cultivating the right leaders for the movement and developing in them the capacity to work in a low- income classroom as a teacher for two years. I developed and executed a strategy for 30 tier 1 and tier 2 colleges across Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Uttrakhand and Himachal Pradesh.
