It's an assembling station, it is a pick and place and feeding system. It is a pneumatic Control System. Is is assembled mechanically & electrically also programmed(PLC) & designed(HMI). The process of the system is, 1)It picks the cup from tray. 2)It places in the rotary table & the rotary table rotate 90, it is controlled by the motor with gearbox & speed is controlled by VFD. 3)The solids are placed in the running conveyor, the solids are pick and place into the cup and again it rotates. 4) Finally, the cup is picked and placed in the tray. Used components are, Actuators, Vaccum generators, solenoids coils, encoder sensors, Motors, VFD, Control panel etc. PLC- Allen-Bradley. Automatic Inspection System

It's an automatic inspection system, it is controlled by pneumatic vaccum air. it inspects the cylindrical jobs of various sizes in running conveyor. It ejects small(wrong) and large(wrong) cylindrical jobs and it accepts the medium(correct) jobs in the bins. It is controlled by PLC and Programmed in ladder Diagram and Designed in HMI. Sensors, Ultrasonic sensors, pistons vaccum generator, Electrical Control panel are installed in the system. PLC- Omron(CP1E) Software- CX Programmer V1.9 HMI- NB7W Software- NB Designer V1.43
