O2 Gas Analyzer is a Industrial device. It has the Front panel and mother board, front panel is the beagle bone black[BBB] with touch screen input, where front panel is the master device, which sends command to the mother board to get the preset values for every 100 milliseconds. Communicate BBB with the motherboard with the help of the mod-bus stack. Application gets the zero and span values from the motherboard using the RS485 communication and displays to UI depends upon the user settings. The application is created with thread safety. App is designed well with 3 layers - UI layer, Business layer and communication layer. 3 layers are decoupled from each other. This allows the GUI/Communication method to be refactored easily in the future.The business logic would be modeled as separate layers from the user interface and the communication mechanisms.

Peak Detection for AEP, SEP N20 and P40 signals

It is Dynamic link library, DLL used to Detect the Peaks and valleys for the AEP, SEP N20 and P40 signals. Implemented different approaches to detect peaks and valleys.
For detecting the peaks implemented Max peak height, max peak amplitude & distance from latency to detect and detecting the valleys Sign change approach, base line approach & lowest amplitude. Developed a test application which will read N number of files from patient directory and each file has multiple signals to test.

Embedded WEB SERVER and LED Sensor Scan for Food Life time

It is intended to develop a system of Dynamic Atmosphere control for the organic produce prevention based on continuous monitoring of Florescence under pulsed light excitation. This project has 2 devices which would be networked through CAN bus interface. The first is the sensor device and the second is gateway [CM-T3517] and data controller device which would collect data from many sensors and make it available over a LAN/WAN using an embedded web server. My Responsibility: Understand the project and Implemented the FRAM to store the data on board and retrieve when it is restarted.

Qt based Gas Measurement Application for an Beagle bone black board.

SBC [Embedded device] is a hand-held device with touchscreen, battery powered and computer connectivity. This is a KIOSK mode application. A custom Linux OS with Qt framework support. This App has different types of test methods Timed, Continuous and Auto-sense to read O2 and CO2. The generated reports can be logged, managed on device and printed using the selective printers. FTDI driver API is used to read and write the values to the sensor board.
