Qualified as a Company Secretary, Associate member of ICSI since March 2015. Also done LL.B. & B. Com. (H) from Delhi University. Total industry experience of nearly 6 years which includes a post qualification experience of 2.3 years in the Company Secretarial field. Worked in the Legal Process Outsourcing industry for nearly 2 years. Underwent 15 months' training at a well established firm of Practising Company Secretaries. Well versed in company secretarial compliances, drafting.
