- • The scope of this process is to check the funds related to wire remittances for correctness before posting to clients accounts and investigating and researching queries pertaining to US and CAD and MXN Currencies
• We assist corporate and individual clients, checking and verifying the funds which are coming into and going out of Merrill Lynch.
• Investigating and researching missing Fed Wire and Unidentified funds.
• Perform investigations as per client’s requirement. (Amendment and Recall of wires) and perform Journal Entries to adjust the reconciliation breaks.
• Interact with the Financial Advisories and CRMs through E-mails, telephone and SWIFT Platform.
• Take appropriate steps in case booked to wrong account by taking debit authority and the necessary follow.
• Return the Fed Wires (aged wires) that are not claimed after Scheduled Business days back to the Remitter.
• Follow up with the LOB partners for necessary action in case of breaks up so as to - ? Promoted to next level on a fast track.
