Responsibilities
  • • Routine testing of transformers since in process to final inspection and customer inspection (LOT-7475KVA, LOT-6531KVA, IRGP-1250KVA, DMRC-1160KVA, and MRVC-1250KVA, DRY TYPE-2.5 MVA, DT-2MVA).
    • Responsible for customer inspection and documentation process.
    • Coordinate with site problem also in Siemens Chennai and Mumbai, & CLW Chennai, Lalaghoda, Gajiyabad.
    • Carried out Vendor inspections for the quality check of incoming material and customer inspections for final approval and interim checks.
    • Supervised shifts for In-process Quality assurance of product focused on reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) figure for Quality and ensuring better final product.
    • To undergo rate contracts with all major vendors, transporters, and other service providers on annual basis.
    • Comparison of quotations with and creation of purchasing info record in the SAP system
