- 1.Arranging general meetings/Monthly Business Review meetings and preparing Minutes of Meetings. .Represents the NSM by attending meetings in the NSM's absence; speaking for the Manager. Maintains appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences/video conferences. Manage calendar, coordinate meetings and handle all travel arrangements; Prepare Targets for PAN India sales team with assistance of NSM. Make Secondary sale reports, Week reports etc. Maintain records/files, Preparing & Maintaining required documents like SOPs, authorization letters for distributors/clients, processing distributors & Vendor codes, etc. Write, revise, edit and proofread sale agreements, CPC and related documents as needed. Prepare and update price lists for new and existing products. E-mail to clients, team on behalf of NSM. Take follow-up with sales team for TGT vs ACH on weekly basis.
