How to improve IQ of a person age more than 45 years

  Yeah well I am not well experienced but I think that I am capable to answer your question. First of all IQ of any particular person is not based on any activities. Its a basic features we can say of any particular person. Just from the person birth there IQ remain constant through the life But you can do a basic thing which mostly suggested my an expert i.e reading books of different field(philosophy, fiction), sovling reasoing question And it a very great thing that you have decided to improve yourself and you will definitely ALL THE BEST!!!!
