Regarding Emission Gases(CO,CO2 & HC)

I need your help how can I control these emission gases in %age or ppm like in auto Rikshaw or other type of vehicles. Standards for these gases are below. CO < 6% HC < 600 ppm. please suggest.

• either you can use catalytic converter or uria based emmision controll sys.
