Ansys is Computer software. You can describe your physical problems in respective module for example, if you are Analysing fluid related problems then you are going to use fluent module, if you are carrying out structural Analysis so there is transient structural Analysis, rigid dynamics and static structure analysis module available. First of all you have to create geometry corresponding to your problem.(you can do it on Ansys or another softer like CATIA, Solidworks etc) And then by calling it in ANSYS, providing boundary conditions and/or meshing you get results. This software are now days use for analysis of products, time and cost saving in industries before carrying out real product
