Why I can not speak correct english

My Question is why I can't speak right English when sometime I write very right english

If you want to get confidence so I think you should watch and hear english tv channels , english news channel on which you can get better experience as english is that language which can be easily adopted by listening carefully and I think it will help you in future . I already followed this process and now I am in satisfactory level of speaking english as now I can easily talk with anyone without hesitate . You can also take the help of news paper reading .
