Why people are don't have any aware of English knowledge ? Why?

Because it is not used much in speaking as well as in writing in comparison of other languages. Its not compulsory laungage that everyone should have knowledge about it. People don't use it because they think that if they spoke wrong then others would make fun of them and may laugh at them too.
