I want to become a perfect english speaker in GD so How can i find a English communication group for group discussion on general news.

If you are uncomfortable with others, then just practice for a while with people you are comfortable with. Keep reading whatever it may news, books or watching some documentary which will improve your views and which may guide you with developing a perspect about things. Once you are done with this things speak in front of everyone, in gd everyone is same as yours so just be confident and if possible  avoid umm, mmhh and pauses. Be calm and keep talking in same pace .It will do.All the best.
