Some studens work very hard but they do not get the get the expected result. On the other hand, some students do not study too much but get the desired result. I am facing the same. Having knowledge but not able to apply at the right place.
In today's scenario hard work with smartness is important. It should not be always working hard without any right approach or strategy.
According to me hard work can beat talent,but working smart can make u efficient. It save ur time that you can use in other productive work,to increase ur skills.Now its ths tym of smart phn ,smart home so we also need to be smart to meet all our requirements...

I am in favour of smart work. as per my experience i would suggest you to keep smart work at first and the hard work on it. "as per your words You said some Students do not study too much but get the desired result" because they do smart work, they use to study the main topics and capable to write on them. br /
Hey Mallikabr /I think each one of us for once in life go through the dilemma that you are facing. I feel that Hardwork and Smartwork are terms which are pretty situational in nature and are often overlapping. Smartwork for a moment could mean doing just what is necessary at a particular instant while still working hard. :)br /Even if they are non-overlapping I believe each of them is equally important. br /So I believe the ability to cast yourself in a way that you apply your knowledge to the best of your ability is what you should focus on. Just keep some "faith" and "focus". br /Cheers.
hai mallikabr /According to me both are important we have to handle them according to situation...let me give an examplebr /if you want to attend the meeting quickly going in lift is better option than by steps (here the way you thinking to get the task quickly is the smartwork )br /and if there is a long queue for the lift accessing going by steps is best option.....(here you have to put lot of effort in succeeding the task which it mean hardworki.e by steps and also here we again have a smartwork i.e the way how you changed your decision to go by steps).
