NALCO is one of the cheapest aluminium metal producers in the world. It has limited product portfolio but its presence in the global market and Indian market is very confined. So my project is to find out different gateways through which company increase its market share and customer base. For which I collected data on the basis of consumption pattern of aluminium and its related products through out globe by dividing it on the basis of economy. Consumption pattern is matched with use of available product portfolio of NALCO. On the basis of these data suggestions were given
