Sir,
My name is Arpita Sharma,  am in class XX. I am sorry to inform you sir that I will be transferring from the school. The reason for this is that my father has been transferred to other City and he is due to start his job there in the next one month. Due to this transfer, my family will be relocating to other City next month.
The purpose of writing this letter is that I am hoping that you can issue me with a transfer certificate and my marks card. I will need them in my new school for admission purposes. I will genuinely appreciate your help sir for acquiring these documents.
