• Responsible for timely collection of payments from trade customers & book sellers.
• I am responsible for sending the daily, weekly & monthly sales & collection reports to my sales head.
• Responsible for the category wise sales forecast on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
• I co-ordinate the promotional events at the major retail stores namely Starmark, Oxford Book Store, Crossword as well as manage school exhibitions through school book sellers in the eastern region.
• I am responsible for submitting the proper mix of titles as per the requirement of Raja Ram Mohan Roy Library Foundation (RRLF) in Kolkata for state library selections.
• I co-ordinate with the retail merchandisers for the proper display of our titles in their stores & ensure maximum visibility & timely replenishment. - 1. MY MAJOR ACHIEVEMENT IS THE CO-EDITION OF BARBIE TITLES WITH FUTURE KOLKATA OF VALUE 1.5 CR AND ALSO GOT THE REPEAT ORDERS FOR THE SAME FOR 2 CONSECUTIVE YEARS.
