Exocytosis is the process by which secretion of content outside the cell. It may be constitutive secretory pathway which is carried out by all cells and regulated secretory pathway carried out by specialised cells. Examples of proteins which are secret through constitutive secretion include collagen secret from fibroblast, serum from hepatocytes and antibodies from activated beta lymphocytes.Modal content
