The latest feature added in Youth4work Talent Forum is Forum Moderator.

Forum Moderators are creative, smart and highly active Youth4work members who possess a distinctive leadership quality; a quality that makes them unique.

In short, a Forum Moderator is a Youth4work member who can conduct and manage activities in his/her assigned forum. There can be multiple forum moderators but each moderator must be responsible for a set of activities in talent forums.

Responsibilities of a Forum Moderator

  1. Interact regularly with Youth4work members.
  2. Connect companies with active forum users through activities and debates.
  3. Analyze the quality of each question posted by the users.
  4. Ensure there are no instances of indecency or unprofessional remarks on others opinion. Regularly check all flagged questions and answers and edit/remove them if required.

Way too many responsibilities? No fun?
Let us not forget the perks.
